Lotus among the flowers, Gold among the valuables,

Kamadenu among the cows - among elephants Airavatham,

among gods Thirumaal, so are the best said to be;

likewise among poems it’s Valluvar’s couplets.

Kamadenu has been referred to as the one owned by Karumuni or Vasishtar and not explicably referenced.

Gold is approximated equivalent of Saamputhanam: A kind of fine gold, one of four kinds of poṉ,
